This is the adapted version of SporeCheater's hack 13b.
Part One - create your captain:
1. Go into the create menu
2. Hover over creature and click on captain
3. Create the captain with all the parts you like
4. Press <apple><shift><enter> on your keyboard
Part Two - find your captain's id:
1. Open the sporepedia.
2. Open The Cheat (found here
http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20790) and switch the location to Spore
3. Find Bunny Froo Froo by Maxis and edit it.
4. Search for 106741386
5. Cancel the edit, find Bratubette by Maxis and edit it
6. Search for 108897080
7. Repeat 2-6 until you have at most 2 values
8. Cancel the edit, find your captain
9. Look at the value(s) and copy it down (the values will be the same, otherwise repeat 2-6 again)
Part Three - force GA to allow your captain
1. Go to GA quick play
2. Go to The Cheat and press <apple><n> two times
3. Select Bahaha Time Trials as your adventure
4. In both of your new windows search for 131454782
5. Select Adventure Town as your adventure
6. Search for 0
7. Continue in the adventure screen and select Bananaz by Maxis as your captain
8. Search for 107860938
9. Repeat 3-8 until you have 1 value in both your The Cheat windows
10. Select the variable in one of the windows and click add variable
11. Find an easy adventure without a locked captain
12. Select Ape by Maxis as your captain
13. In the edit variable window, type in the id of your captain and hit <enter>
14. Press Apply Cheat on that window until the variable in the other window changes to your variable
15. Continue in spore and name your captainn
16. Check to make sure that the variable still is your captain id
17. If it isn't, then press Apply Cheat on the other The Cheat window until it is
18. Start the adventure
19. Finish the adventure
20. Your captain is now compatible and you can use him whenever you want
Part four - playing on the locked captain adventures:
If you stay in the same spore window, you don't need to redo anything.
Otherwise, you need to repeat step 4 of part one and steps 1-9 of part three to get the windows again
1. Find the Locked Captain adventure you want to play
2. Go to the Captain screen in the adventure
3. Enter the ID of your captain into the Edit Variable window and hit <enter>
4. Click Apply Cheat until the variable in the other window changes
5. Play the adventure, you will get points once you finish it.
